Its All Happening !

Well its been a while since I posted, life has been pretty hectic, our house sale and purchase is almost complete, just now to decide if its the 21st July or 3rd August. Work has been manic, running all over the UK.The Italians win the Football World Cup, and Zidane throws a wobbler and gets sent off !. I see the Lebanese have vented their anger at the Israeli's, and a major Middle Eastern war is looking likely, and today I hear that in true French fashion, the French prime minister is backing the Lebanese even though they appear to have started it. Not that I do politics, its just what I hear. I am currently sat in Plymouth waiting to see a prospect, and I'm watching a property program. They are featuring buying houses in Morrocco. Particularly Fez. This is a medieval city full of history and great food. It transpires you can but a 12 roomed house for 20,000 - 30,000 GBP. These are 200 hundred years old and absolutely ornate. Renovation labour is about 10 GBP per person per day, Materials, food and drink are so cheap. Its worth a possible viewing in the future, the only drawback, is they speak French (which I don't very well).

Wer'e Back From Our Holiday

Ok, so I didnt think Spain (Costa Del Sol) would be much of a holiday location, and I was pretty much right on that one, its just like going to Blackpool or Brighton but hotter. all the bars were British. We did have a couple of firsts whilst there. Rail travel was really easy and pleasant.
I got stung by a bumble bee on the foot - Been stung by a wasp once before, but a BEE, thats a first.
I watched a football world cup match in a bar - never did that before.
sunbathed naked on the hotel balcony as it was too damn hot to get to the beach.
I have small feet, and take a UK size 6. now this is fine for girly shoes, but when it comes to getting shoes for work, this is a real issue. We went shopping in Fuengirola, and we found a shop with loads of size 6 (or 39 for the europeans).
and now its back to work, and while I was aware, my diary is full for July, so no peace for the wicked, but hey-ho, I'm off on holiday again at the end of the month. Were off to Bulgaria this time, that will be another first.

The 2006 World Cup is Over

Oh dear.

The world cup has come to a horrible end, my outside teams of Spain and Mexico went out early on, and Enlgand failed to perform at any time during this tournament but surprisingly made it to the quarter finals.
that leaves Wimbledon, and as usual Tim Henman leaves early, leaving a 19 year old to hold up the English side, alas he failed today, so no more English teams to support. I hear you cry 'what about the cricket'. well the least said the better I think.
