Well, a long trip up North yesterday, I had to meet with the folks at the highly succesfull business consortium, and ended up having a very intimate meeting with Gods right hand man and his three stooges, where he stressed how important it was that I (yes ME) resolve his issues TODAY. Bloody cheek. So with no pressure, I simply told him he was running software that was 3 years out of date, and out of support to boot....... This sort of levelled the playing field a bit... So eventually managed to get out just before 5pm, only to drive back the 120 miles to pickup my ankle biters, but I was 1.5 hours late for that due to being held by my naggers at the consortuim building until we could do no more to help. (wont know until Saturday if my recommendations have cured the problem). So driving back down the M1 (Englands major autoroute), the speed limit is 70MPH (sorry to any non Brit reading this, I think thats about 100KPH), I needed to cover a lot of ground quickly, so my little Focus was being thrassed along the M1 at 105MPH (~160KPH), and then there was a delay for 6 junctions due to some idiots not paying attention so this held me up by about 45minutes (no I wasnt involved - but just call me Michael Schumacker) . anyway, called kids, told them to eat before I picked them up. so no real issues.
The weekend is now here, and I've got my personal time, so those at the big house cant touch me today.... freedom and back to my personal time and my day dreams...................................
